Mr. Rabalais is a litigation specialist with over twenty-five years of trial and appellate court experience.  He focuses primarily on defending individuals, businesses, and their insurers in personal injury litigation.  He also has substantial experience in medical malpractice, construction, admiralty and maritime, premise liability and insurance coverage litigation.

Mr. Rabalais is a member of the Louisiana State and Jefferson Parish Bar Associations, and a proud member of Shriners International.  He has presented CLE seminars on trial advocacy, wrongful death, and medical/nursing malpractice.

Mr. Rabalais received his J.D. from Loyola School of Law in New Orleans with Law Review Honors, and his B.S. from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.  He resides with his family on the Westbank of Jefferson Parish.
