Ms. Brustowicz has broad ranging civil litigation experience including insurance defense, medical malpractice, civil rights and municipal liability matters. She has also regularly represented insureds and surplus line insurers in a variety of litigation. Ms. Brustowicz's experience further includes class action litigation in state and federal courts where she has served as lead defense counsel.

Ms. Brustowicz is a member of the New Orleans and Louisiana State Bar Associations.  She served as a bar examiner for the Torts section of the Louisiana State Bar for over ten years.

Ms. Brustowicz graduated from the Paul M. Herbert School of Law at Louisiana State University where she received her J.D. in 1985.  She received her B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
