Mr. Bernard has represented corporations and insurance companies in a wide range of matters in state and federal proceedings.  He has particular experience in products liability, general casualty and insurance related litigation.  Mr. Bernard has also represented clients in admiralty and maritime matters and defense of Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims.

Mr. Bernard is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Mr. Bernard received his J.D. from Loyola University, New Orleans.  He received his B.A. from Louisiana State University.
