Mr. Gaspard has particular expertise in state and local government defense, municipal liability and construction litigation.  He also has experience in personal injury, premises liability, product liability and insurance related litigation.  Mr. Gaspard has represented governmental entities, insurance companies and a variety of businesses in litigation in state and federal proceedings, including class action defense.

Mr. Gaspard is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Mr. Gaspard received his J.D. and MBA from Loyola University New Orleans.  He received his B.B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans.
