Ms. Buser has extensive experience in insurance matters ranging from defense of premises liability claims to insurance coverage matters to complex regulatory matters.  Ms. Buser has regularly represented the Louisiana Department of Insurance in regulatory and receivership matters.

Mr. Buser is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel.

Ms. Buser received her J.D. from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans where she was the Casenote and Index Editor for the Loyola Law Review.  Ms. Buser was elected as Outstanding Law Review Board member while on the review.  Ms. Buser was also a member of the Moot Court Board.  She received her B.A. and M.A. from Louisiana State University at New Orleans.

Ms. Buser clerked for The Honorable Pascal F. Calogero of the Supreme Court of Louisiana.
