Mr. Kelley attended high school in Austin, TX, before moving on to Rice University in Houston, TX, where he attained a B.A. in 2006, with double majors in classical and medieval history.

Following undergrad, Mr. Kelley attended Tulane University Law School, graduating in 2009.  In his time at Tulane, he was a member of the Tulane Sports Lawyers Journal, SBA, and Sports Law Society. 

Mr. Kelley has experience handling a multitude of legal areas, including insurance defense, business and commercial litigation, construction law, employment discrimination, procurement law, and public records law.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.
