Burglass & Tankersley is pleased to announce that it has been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management. The Council is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Burglass & Tankersley is an AV-rated law firm that handles complex commercial, class action, construction, health care, insurance and maritime cases throughout the Gulf South. Bruce Burglass, Jr. will serve as the firms representative to the CLM. He regularly represents and counsels insurance companies and entities on regulatory, litigation and transactional issues while doing business in Louisiana. Mr. Burglass currently serves on the Surplus Lines Advisory Council of the Louisiana Department of Insurance by appointment from Louisiana Insurance Commissioner James Donelon.
